The first is the Carolina Confederateland and Upper Mexico rail line for children. The second one is Confederateland, USA. Both of these were once at South of the Border. South of the Border is a small theme park, souvenir stand, restaurant, truck stop, and etc. just south of the North Carolina border, in South Carolina. Kind of Mexican themed. Katz did these with only a palette knife. The markings on the back of each card are shown in the last photograph, a picture of the artist and a description of his work. The paintings depicted include: Together, Love that is Gentle and Enduring, Missing you, Lake Geneva, Pears and peaches, Waterfall, The Lake, The House, Two Birch Trees, Cock Fight, Pan Am Olympics in Puerto Rico. Apparently Mr. Katz studio was in New York. Each card is 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 and they are in good condition. $16.50 item #971

Two are Dexter Press, four are Plastichrome by Colorpicture, one from Florida Natural Color. What a cute selection of playful kittens. All are 3/12 x 5 1/2 inches. Most show some edge and corner wear, but overall they are good. For the cat and kitten lovers in all of us! $9.50 item #981
