Payment:

We will gladly accept payment by personal check or  money order. We can also accept payment through Paypal   using Credit Cards, your paypal balance, or direct transfer from your bank account. . With paypal a user has to register and open an account before use. I can also accept credit cards over the phone.  Prices are in U.S. dollars. Postage is not included in the price. 

E-mail me with your order and I will give you a total with shipping. You are welcome to call me with questions. 10-5 EST Mon.-Sat. 

 If the item appears on the site, it is probably available. Items purchased from 10a.m.-5p.m.  EST. I remove from the site almost  immediately, if an order comes in at night I remove it the next morning. 

For international purchases, purchases of multiple items, or for payment by money order or check, please e-mail me.    You can also pay for them by credit card or with your paypal account if you know the shipping,  by going to this link:

7% State sales tax will be added for items shipped to North Carolina.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Satisfaction guaranteed. Items returned in the same condition as sent, will receive a full refund, less postage. Please e-mail first, if you want to return an item. We want happy customers!

Shipping:

We typically will ship by U.S. First class or Priority mail,  insurance extra if requested (required on purchases over $50). On some items there will be a small handling fee, typically 25¢ to 50¢ to cover materials used in packaging and etc. We will ship by your preferred method, and will gladly combine items for reduced shipping. Once we receive payment, items will normally be shipped within two business days. 

International Orders

We will ship overseas with payment by International Postal Money order in U.S. funds,  bank check on a U.S. bank,  in U.S. funds, or payment through Paypal. We will accept U.S. cash, sent at the buyer's risk. We can also accept Paypal. International orders will pay actual postage plus any necessary handling or packaging charges,  will not have to pay state sales tax, but the buyer will be responsible for any duty charged by his government. Normally  we will use Global Priority or Air mail from the United States Post Office. Only accurate values will be put on customs forms, and the items will be marked as merchandise.

Privacy Policy

Drexel Grapevine Antiques will never share, sell, or otherwise distribute customer e-mail addresses, or other customer information. Customer information will be retained for the sole purpose of completing the present transaction.  For your safety we do not store your credit card information. We will be glad to keep your e-mail address on file if you would like to be notified if we get any more of the type of items you collect. Please notify us if you would like this service. You can be assured of privacy, whether you purchase from us, or just make an inquiry.

Return Check Policy

Return check fee of $25 will be accessed if we get a NSF check, or check on a closed account, plus any expenses incurred to collect the debt.
